Thursday evening conflicts with Maya’s saved pattern. The manager can correct the shift or keep a confirmed exception.
When employee self-service is enabled, a changed pattern notifies managers. It does not automatically rebuild the schedule.

Can employees enter their own availability?
A manager can enable employee self-service for availability. Employees update a recurring weekday and morning, afternoon, or evening pattern, and managers are notified. Managers still review the request and publish the schedule.
Will an unavailable employee be blocked from a shift?
No. Maxuod Shift displays a conflict warning instead of an automatic block. That keeps the manager in control when an employee has confirmed a one-time exception.
Does it support exact availability times?
Not currently. Saved availability uses weekday and broad daypart periods. If an employee can work only after a precise time, confirm and document that constraint before publishing.
Is it free for a small part-time team?
Yes. A free saved account supports up to 12 active employees and 8 weeks of schedule history. Guest mode can test a temporary six-employee week but does not save availability.
