Support FAQ
Where do I download the app?
The public app-store download is not live until TestFlight, Google internal testing, and store review are complete. For production today, install Maxuod Shift from the browser: Chrome can show an install prompt, while iPhone Safari uses Share -> Add to Home Screen.
Is there a native iOS or Android app?
A separate Expo React Native app now exists in the product codebase for iOS and Android. It is not a WebView wrapper; it uses native screens, mobile auth, role-based tabs, and store-billing endpoints before public App Store or Google Play submission.
Does it work offline?
No. The native app is online-first and full offline editing is not included. Compatible builds can receive best-effort OS push alerts for team announcements and clock events when the device has granted notification permission and registered a token; the in-app Home and manager feeds remain the durable source of truth.
How do I know I am on the latest version?
Refresh the site or reopen the installed web app. Native test and store builds automatically check their EAS Update channel when opened: compatible JavaScript, styling, copy, and bundled assets download in the background and apply on the next cold launch. Native-module, permission, SDK, icon, and store-metadata changes still arrive through a new App Store, Google Play, or internal test build.
