Is the scheduler really free with no signup?

Yes. Build a weekly schedule for up to six employees without an account or credit card. Names and shifts stay in the same browser for seven days after the last edit; this is not account history or cross-device sync. For account saving, choose Save, then Save with free account, and finish sign-in in this browser within seven days to import the selected week.

How many employees does the free scheduler support?

The browser-only mode supports up to six employees, which fits a small café, retail boutique, or food truck. A free saved account extends this to twelve, and Supporter goes up to fifty.

Can I export the schedule for payroll?

Download a branded PDF schedule without signup. A free account adds saved schedules and CSV/XLSX exports for review in your payroll workflow. Confirm the receiving format with your payroll provider; exporting a file does not run payroll.

Does the scheduler work on mobile?

Yes. The browser grid adapts to a phone or laptop, but a guest draft stays in the browser where it was created. To open the selected week on another device, first finish Save with free account in the original browser, then sign in to that saved account on the other device.
