How many employees does the free scheduler support?

The browser-only mode supports up to six employees, which fits a small café, retail boutique, or food truck. A free saved account extends this to twelve, and Supporter goes up to fifty.

Can I export the schedule for payroll?

Guest mode can download a branded PDF schedule without signup. Sign up free when you want saved schedules plus CSV/XLSX exports for payroll spreadsheet imports.

Does the scheduler work on mobile?

It does. The grid is responsive, taps replace clicks, and the same shifts you add on a phone show up identically on a laptop. Most managers build the schedule on a laptop and review it on a phone before publishing.
