About this free shift scheduler
Maxuod Shift is a free online shift scheduler for small teams. There is no signup required to use the weekly schedule maker on this page — open it, add a few employees, drop shifts onto the grid, and the totals add themselves up. Daily totals appear under each day, weekly totals appear at the right edge of each row, and a payroll-ready CSV export is one click away.
The scheduler is designed for the businesses that actually need a small-team scheduling tool: independent cafés, food trucks, retail boutiques, salons, clinics, and small restaurants. The same employee hours calculation logic powers the hours calculator, and the overtime calculator uses your configured threshold and multiplier to flag overtime as you build the week.

Yes. The page you are on right now is the free scheduler. It runs entirely in your browser, lets you build a complete weekly schedule for up to six employees, and never asks for an email or credit card. Create a free account only if you want the schedule to persist between visits.
How many employees does the free scheduler support?
The browser-only mode supports up to six employees, which fits a small café, retail boutique, or food truck. A free saved account extends this to twelve, and the Supporter plan goes up to thirty.
Can I export the schedule for payroll?
Yes. Download a CSV with one row per shift — name, day, start, end, total hours. The file opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets and pastes directly into most payroll systems. PDF export is included on the Supporter plan.
Does the scheduler work on mobile?
It does. The grid is responsive, taps replace clicks, and the same shifts you add on a phone show up identically on a laptop. Most managers build the schedule on a laptop and review it on a phone before publishing.
Where do I get help if something is unclear?
