No. A free account includes saved schedules, tip calculations, PDF/print and CSV/XLSX exports, roles, hour totals, overtime flags and pay estimates. Province-aware prompts help you review the week; they are not legal advice or payroll processing.
What happens if my team outgrows the free limits?
Free accounts support 12 active employees and 8 weeks of history. Supporter increases those limits to 50 active employees and 52 weeks of history. The core scheduling, tips and export tools remain available on Free.
Can I support the project without losing the free path?
Yes. Supporter adds capacity, longer history, no ads, priority support and supporter identity. The optional Web trial lasts 14 days. You can cancel anytime; you do not need Supporter to keep using the free account’s core tools.
